1) By submitting to Fresh Mode cosplay gallery, you attest that the photo belongs to you and not the photographer. If the photo belongs to the photographer, please seek his/her permission before you send.
2) Submission of other's people photo is not allowed (must be you!). Fresh Mode will not be responsible for the submission of stolen photos.
3) Group photos are allowed (and of course, you must be in the photo).
4) Digitally enhanced photos are accepted.
5) The photo must be without watermark.
6) We will not accept any photos that are crude or downright icky. Show some pride and professionalism!
7) By making a submission, you are granting Orgnix Studios the permission to publish your photo on Fresh Mode Comics Magazine. Orgnix Studios will not use your photo in any other way, other than publishing the photos on the Cosplay Gallery of Fresh Mode Comics Magazine.

1) Photos can be any of the following genres: Anime, Manga, Games, Western Comics and Movies. This include group photos. And can be taken from anywhere, at any time.
2) Photo must be in JPEG or TIFF format.
3) Photo must be at least 640 x 480 pixels at 72dpi. But photos that are bigger than 640 x 480 pixels would be preferred.
4) Be sure to send your best. Show what Singapore cosplayers are made of (if you are a non-Singaporean, you are welcome to send in too!)
5) Keep your file size below 5MB.
6) Please include your name, your contact number (for verification), a non-cosplay photo of yourself (for verification) and the name of the character you are cosplaying. If it's a group photo, remember to include all your names (plus all the names of the characters your group is cosplaying).
